Look At Mr.GQ x 3 (Wale, Drake, and Kid Cudi)

Weather Its To Increase Readership or Not, This Is A Great Look For Hip Hop, More Specifically The New Class Of Hip Hop. The Next Gentleman Quarterly Magazine (GQ Magazine) Will Feature The 3 Leaders Of The Hip Hop Class Of 2009, Sneak Peek Favorites Wale, Drake, and Kid Cudi. Not Really Sure What The Article Will Include But I'm Sure It Will Be Dope As I Personally Think GQ Employs Some Of The Best Writers In The Game. Aside From The Write Up, GQ Has Some Great Photography That Always Displays The Style, Personality, and Attitude Of The Featured Subject. From The Looks Of Things, The Guys (Wale, Drake, and Kid Cudi) Seem To Be Enjoying Themselves Which Is Also A GREAT LOOK For Hip Hop, NO BEEF AMONG THE NEWCOMERS. Be Sure To Look Out For The Next Issue Due Out In Early January 2010. Enjoy and Until We Speak Again PEACE.

New Music Monday (On Wednesday)

I Couldn't Really Decide What New Music To Debut This Week, It's Alot Of Hot Sh*t Out and There Was No Way I Could Just Narrow It Down To One, So I Give You Two New Songs From My Dad (Jay-Z) and His New Protege' J.Cole, Along With A New Video From A Couple Of My Favorite Artist Kid Cudi, Kanye West, and Common.

Jay-Z Featuring Rihanna and Kanye West - Run This City
The Blueprint 3 Is Looking As Though It Will Be Another Epic Album. Hova Doesn't Really Need Any Assistance Making Classics, But He Has Pulled Together A Bunch Of Heavy Hitters To Sprinkle A Verse or Two On The 11th Official Album. The Blueprint 3 Drops Friday September 11, 2009 (Only Jay-Z Can Do That) and Sneak Peek Is Taking A Road Trip To NYC To See Jay-Z and Friends Live In Concert To Commemorate The Event. I Guess Until Then, "D.O.A (Death Of Autotunes)" and "Run This Town" Will Do.

With A Slew Of New Artist Coming Into The Hip Hop Game Its Easy To Be Overlooked, But As I Have Been Told By Many Wise People, Your Career Is Not A Sprint Its A Marathon So I'm Sure There Is Some Reason Behind Jay-Z Keeping His First Artist Signed To RocNation, J. Cole, G4 Classified (Top Secret). Never-The-Less The Kid Is Dope and Its Only A Matter Of Time Before The World Knows Who He Is. So Thank Me Later For Putting You All On Him Before He Blows Up. This Song 'Dead Presidents 2" Is A Re-Make Off Of Jay-Z's Classic Debut Album "Reasonable Doubt". I Personally Think He Will Be At The Top Of This So Called "Freshman Class" (With A Couple Others) When It's All Said and Done. Check Out The Song Along With His Website and Let Us Know What You Think, But J. Cole Has The Sneak Peek Seal of Approval Already.

This Song Made Sneak Peek Famous In Memphis For Our Don't Give A F@ck Attitude, During The CGI Fashion Show and Since That Day I Have Been In Love With It. Featuring Three of My Favorite Artist This Song Is Dope and The Video Directed By Nez Khammal Makes It Even Better. Simple and Clean Is The Best Way To Put It, As It Totally Goes In A Different Direction Then Expected With The Subject Matter of the Song. Kid Cudi Is Setting Himself Up Pretty Nice For The Debut of His 1st Album, "Man On The Moon" Which Is Due Out Tuesday September 15, 2009. If The Album Is Anything Like The Mixtapes, The World Is In For A Treat.

Enjoy Everyone and Until We Speak Again PEACE.

In the words of The Boss Lady "He's A Beast", we have even started hearing this music on Memphis radio stations which is totally crazy, big ups to the Loyals who also DJ (Devin Steel, Lil Larry, Nate Boogie, DJ Houston, DJ Chev, and T. Flowers, etc.). Let Us Know What Yall Think and Until We Speak Again PEACE.

New Music Monday: Kid Cudi - Day and Night

Wow, we have some much to post today, so I'm just gonna get to what I can. First things First, New Music Monday, brings a track that has been in Super Heavy Rotation at Sneak Peek. I have even seen a couple of the loyals (repeat customers) dancing a little while shopping (very funny, until they realize we watching. To be truthful, its kinda hard to stay in your seat when this joint comes through the speakers. Watch, Listen, and Try To Control Yourself. Let Us Know What You Think and Until We Speak Again PEACE.

Kanye West and Kid Cudi Rip BET's 106th and Park

Well I guess if you look at most of our post you would think Lil Wayne and Kanye West got they hands in our pockets or something, but when hard work is put in we can do nothing but respect it, or you can hate it (Never a Good Thing). Anyway, Kanye West and Hip Hop's (not Rap's) newest star Kid Cudi came through BET's 106th & Park to rip the mic and that they did. Can't comment much cause I gotta get back on my Bob Vila (I have been building a desk all week long) but Mr. West kills it (explicit lyrics and all) and Kid Cudi did his thing. Hope Yall Enjoy and Until We Speak Again PEACE.
