WHERE, YOU ASK? 515 SOUTH MAIN ST.

When the Boss is away the Boss Lady will....blog.

10 days until the all new Sneak Peek Memphis opens at 515 South Main Street. We are still in grind mode and with each new day we reduce the number of hours of sleep by one. So I got 5 last night....and you can imagine what I will get in 5 days...none.

We encourage you to follow us on twitter @sneakpeek901 to get the up-to-date info on the new store, and every once in a while we leak some pictures to hold us all over until the 28th.

here's a little rundown of what the Sneak Peek Family has been up to...

We do our own stunts and print our own shirts. Check out the new SP logo tees ($19) hot off the press.

We, with the help of a pretty dope carpenter, are building our dream SP.

And lastly, we had a dope Fall photo shoot with a few of the Sneak Peek Loyals over the weekend. The photos are soooo hot that they deserve a post of their own. In the meantime, here's a leak of @IamCoreyChism.

See you on August 28th beginning at 5p during South Main Trolley Night at the All New Sneak Peek, 515 South Main.

with heart,

Boss Lady

New Music Monday: Wale - My Sweetie

While Visiting Daria On Twitter, I Found Out About This New Wale Joint "My Sweetie"(Live Link To Wale's Website: Click Here). I Love The Song For So Many Reason, But What I Am Really So Impressed About With Wale Is The Fact That He Is Sticking To His Roots Which Are Deeply Grounded In The Go-Go Scene Of Washington D.C. The Production On This Song Is Crazy and Wale Goes Pretty Tough With The Lyrics. We Are Definitely Looking Forward To The Release of His Debut Album "Attention Deficit" Which Was Scheduled For Release In Mid - Late September, But Many Reports Have It Being Pushed Back For Un-Disclosed Reasons. Anywho, We Will Be Patiently Waiting. Enjoy and Until We Speak Again PEACE.

THE MAIN OPENING IS AUGUST 28, 2009. The Work Has Already Begun...

We are all hard at work...grinding if you will...at the Sneak Peek Headquarters to make the Main Sneak Peek everything you've loved about SP and everything you deserve in an urban streetwear boutique.

We know you've got lost of questions like Where? What? Who? and most importantly...When? And for that we've developed "The Questions" campaign to give you Sneak Peeks, as only we would, of the upcoming Main Sneak Peek Memphis.

We will see you August 28th at the Main Opening. You've been to our events or at least heard about 'em so you know it's going to be bananas.

What's Beef: Eminem Vs: Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon

Now I Have Never Been A Fan of Beef In Hip Hop, But This One Is Pretty Damn Funny. Corey Put Me On This Joint This This Afternoon and So Of Course I Had To Research What Has Brought Us To This Point. It Would Take Me Forever To Some It All Up So I Found This Video of Some Random Dude Who Does It For Us.

No Tracks Have Been Made From The Cannon Camp (Mariah or Nick) But Eminem's Hasn't Had To Be Asked Twice About What Has Happened Thus Far With Him and Mariah, or How He Feels About Mr. Cannon. Check Out The Songs Below, I Would Surely Say The 1st and 2nd Round Go To Eminem By Forfit (Because No Response Has Been Made By Nick Cannon). Let Us Know What You Think and Until We Speak Again PEACE.

Eminem - BagPipes From Baghdad (Relapses)

Eminem - The Warning (Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Diss)

New Music Monday: Playaz Circle Featuring Ludacris - Gettin' Rich

Wowwwwwwwwwwwww, I Have Actually Completed A New Music Monday On Monday. I'm Really Trying To Get Back To A Set Schedule As We Prepare To Open Up The New Store, So This Is Part of That. Truthfully Sometimes I Struggle Finding New Music To Post Up As The Good Hip Hop Music I Listen To Is Very Rarely Released But I Search and Search The Internet For Some Material To Give Our Readers. This New Music Monday Selection Comes From The Disturbing The Peace Camp As Playaz Circle Has Linked Up With Their Boss Ludacris For Gettin' Rich. The Verses From Playaz Circle Sound Pretty Good and Is Very Similiar To Their Last Hit Which Featured Lil' Wayne "Duffle Bag Boy" But Ludacris, Who Never Seems To Disappoint, Comes Pretty Tough With His 16's. Check Out The Video Below and Let us Know What You Think. Enjoy and Until We Speak Again PEACE.
