Stax Museum Founder calls the Mud Island skate park idea the next big ticket item that is going to put Memphis on the globe as destination for active sports fans and participants.
To make the park a reality please....
Do this:
1. Invite one more friend then you took to the meeting last time.
2. Come to both meetings but definitely come to the first one, we have invited the media and city council to witness all of us stand up and vote for a world-class skate park. They need to know that Mud Island needs a skate park to make the park successful.
3. Buy a T-shirt and write on it " Mud Island NEEDS a skate park" and let's rally!

1.Memphis Botanical Gardens
Tuesday May 12th, from 5:45 - 7:15 pm
Location: Memphis Botanic Gardens, 750 Cherry Road (near Audobon Park)
2. Downtown Meeting
Thursday May 14th from 5:45 - 7:15 pm
Location:101 Island Drive ( At the Mud Island River park)
